Francis Lee is a global distribution partner for SOATOER lubrication system components. His customers are plants whose existing systems need replacement parts or whose engineers want SOATOER-compatible upgrades without replacing the full system. Supply is global.
Most customers come to Francis with an existing lubrication system that needs a part: a progressive divider that has failed, an electric pump that is out of specification, a set of mono-block dividers for an upgrade. He can source, customise, and ship SOATOER components to any country. For non-standard applications, he can also specify and supply custom stainless steel lubrication components fabricated to precise drawings.
Component-level supply for plants whose existing systems need specific parts replaced. Send the failed component or the part number — Francis will source the SOATOER equivalent.
SOATOER-compatible components for operations upgrading part of their system without replacing the full installation. Applies to dividers, pumps, and accessories.
Custom stainless steel lubrication components fabricated to engineer drawings. For non-standard applications, food-grade environments, or offshore specifications.
Progressive dividers distribute lubricant sequentially to multiple bearing points from a single pump, ensuring every point receives its metered dose before the system cycles. The SOATOER DMF, DMB, and DMP series are the core modular progressive divider range.
DMF — Modular Progressive Dividers
The primary modular progressive distributor for general industrial applications. Stackable modular design allows outlet count to be configured to the specific bearing layout of each machine. Available in standard and stainless steel variants. Used in metallurgy, mining, engineering machinery, and machine tools applications.
DMB — Modular Progressive Dividers
The DMB series serves higher-pressure and higher-viscosity lubrication circuits. Suited to heavy-duty applications where the DMF series operating pressures are insufficient — port machinery, construction equipment, and large mining machines. The DMB design allows field adjustment of individual outlet volumes.
DMP · DMFA — Modular & Air/Oil
The DMP series is the compact progressive divider for applications with space constraints or lower bearing counts. The DMFA is the air/oil variant — used in machine tools, spindles, and chain lubrication systems where oil-air mist is required instead of grease or pure oil delivery.
Mono-block progressive dividers machine the full distributor body from a single block of material. The result is a more compact, leak-resistant assembly suited to environments where modular joint faces create contamination or maintenance risk.
SKS · SKSL — Mono-Block Progressive Dividers
The SKS is the standard mono-block progressive divider for medium-bearing-count applications. The SKSL is the long-body variant for applications requiring a larger outlet count in a single block. Both series are supplied pre-assembled and pressure-tested. Common in food and beverage machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, and machine tools where hygiene standards restrict modular designs.
SKSD · SKSDL — Dual-Outlet Mono-Block Dividers
The SKSD is the dual-outlet variant of the mono-block range — each piston drives two outlet ports simultaneously, doubling the bearing points served per block without increasing overall block count. The SKSDL is the long-body dual-outlet version. Used where higher bearing counts and tighter installation space requirements coincide.
The SOATOER pump range covers electric and pneumatic drive options across a wide pressure and reservoir range. Selection is determined by reservoir capacity, operating pressure, duty cycle, and power supply availability at the installation point.
DXF · DXF-FP — Electric Pumps
The DXF is the standard electric progressive lubrication pump — the most widely specified pump in the SOATOER range. Available in 1L to 8L reservoir configurations with adjustable timer control. The DXF-FP is the inverted-mounting variant for wind turbine nacelle installations where the pump must operate in an inverted position.
DX1 · DX2 · DXFH — Heavy-Duty Electric Pumps
The DX1 and DX2 are heavy-duty electric pumps for large-reservoir and high-pressure applications: mining equipment, port cranes, and large manufacturing installations. The DXFH serves high-temperature or high-viscosity grease circuits where standard DXF pumps are insufficient. All heavy-duty pumps are available with electronic level monitoring and alarm output.
PP · PPG · PPO — Pneumatic Pumps
Pneumatic lubrication pumps for installations where electrical supply is unavailable, restricted, or unsuitable. PP is the standard pneumatic oil pump; PPG is the grease-specific variant with higher output pressure; PPO is the oil-only pump for lower-viscosity lubricants. All three are air-driven and suited to explosion-hazard or wet environments.
Portable 380V electric handy pump for manual lubrication of large bearing points, chain drives, and open gears. Used for periodic top-up on equipment where a centralised system is not installed.
Battery-powered 24VDC handy pump for mobile equipment and remote locations. The same output performance as the 380V variant without requiring a mains power connection. Suited to mining vehicles, construction equipment, and maintenance operations in the field.
Hydraulic motor-driven pump for equipment with no electrical power available but an existing hydraulic circuit. Common on cranes, excavators, and heavy machinery where the hydraulic system is the most accessible power source.
Pressure indicators, shut-off valves, electrical control boxes, and cycle counters. Supplied to complete the system or as individual replacement components for existing installations. All accessories are SOATOER-compatible and available in standard or stainless steel variants.
Mining & Port Machinery
Heavy-duty progressive systems for excavators, draglines, conveyors, and container cranes. High bearing counts, extreme load cycles, and contaminated environments require robust system design and high-pressure pump selection.
Wind Energy
DXF-FP inverted pumps for nacelle bearing lubrication in tropical and high-humidity environments. Precision dosing and remote monitoring are standard requirements for wind energy applications across APAC.
Manufacturing & Machine Tools
DMFA air/oil systems for CNC spindles and precision machine tools. Progressive systems for automotive production lines. Food-grade variants with stainless steel and NSF H1 compliant grease for food processing machinery.
Steel & Metallurgy
Dual-line and single-line systems for steel mill roller tables, continuous casting equipment, and plate mills. High-temperature and high-contamination environments demand robust pump selection and appropriate lubricant viscosity specification.
The fastest path to a quote is a failed component number or a description of the bearing point and duty cycle. If you have an existing SOATOER system and need replacement parts, send the product code. For custom stainless steel components, send the drawing or specification.
